Further Enterprise Management, Accelerate Independent Innovation, and Improve Core Competitiveness

During June 27 to 28, Wen Jiabao, the standing member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and the premier of the State Council, visited Shandong Province. Meanwhile, Premier Wen presided over the seminar and heard reports concerning the development of some Shandong-based backbone enterprises, and Wang Jinfu, the chairman and CEO of FOTON LOVOL H.I. attended the seminar and made important report.

Chairman Wang Jinfu made the important report concerning how FOTON LOVOL H. I. actively followed the state’s policy “Expand Domestic Demands and Maintain Growth” and persisted in the operating guideline “Connotative Growth, Structural Adjustment, and Globalization” to take efficient measures and achieve remarkable performance. In addition, Chairman Wang put forward suggestions to the development of China’s machinery equipment industry.

Premier Wen gave sufficient affirmation to chairman Wang’s report, in addition to highly praising FOTON LOVOL H. I.’s sustainable and healthy development during the global economic crisis period. Premier Wen pointed out: FOTON LOVOL H.I. unceasingly made innovation in development ideas and models, and it followed the state’s policies like “Expand Domestic Demands and Maintain Growth”, “Subsidize the Purchase of Agricultural Machinery”, and “Auto and Motorcycle Sold to Countryside” to achieve growth regardless of the global financial crisis.

After the meeting ended, Premier Wen shook hands with Chairman Wang Jinfu and said: the financial crisis is still spreading, and we should make sufficient preparations and effective measures to further the enterprise management, accelerate the independent innovation, and improve core competitiveness, in a bid to achieve the enterprise’s speedy and favorable development.
