FOTON LOVOL H. I. Listed into “Enterprises with Brand Value of RMB10 billion”

“China Top 500 Most Valuable Brands”, which was sponsored by the World Brand Lab, was issued in Beijing on June 16, and the brand value of FOTON LOVOL H. I. was estimated to hit 102.39 billion yuan, ranking the 66th place among such top 500 most valuable brands; thus FOTON LOVOL H. I. became one of the brands enjoying the speediest growth over past years.

As of the incorporation, FOTON LOVOL H. I. always placed its brand strategy in its priority, and it made a explicit brand strategy planning, and set up a scientific brand operation & management system. In September 2006, FOTON LOVOL H. I. launched the brand internationalization project and unveiled a new LOGO: “LOVOL” and it was the first enterprise using BIS in heavy machinery industry in China. Therefore, thanks to FOTON LOVOL H.I.’s continuous efforts to incorporate the brand philosophy into the market value chain, LOVOL brand and value was greatly improved.

To cultivate LOVOL into an international famous brand, FOTON LOVOL H. I. is always prudential to different links from internal staff to cooperative partners and from product design to sales service, in order to make all employees and jobs focus on brand operation and brand value improvement. At present, FOTON LOVOL H. I. has developed diverse brands like Lovol, Lovol Gushen, and Lovol Europard, and All-for-you service brand. By far, several of FOTON LOVOL H. I.’s products were awarded titles like China Top Brand, National Products Exemption from Quality Surveillance Inspection, and The Most Competitive Brand, etc. Of which, Lovol Europard was titled China Top Trademark; Lovol Gushen harvester and Lovol Europard tractor have maintained the leading place in domestic market for several consecutive years; in addition, Lovol Engineering Machinery has become the competitive brand in the industry.

In 2008 China’s Top 500 Most Valuable Brands, LOVOL ranked the first place in agricultural equipments industry by RMB 70.15 billion of brand value, and it ranked the third place in the engineering machinery industry. Thanks to LOVOL brand’s fast development and growing influential power. FOTON LOVOL H. I. achieved increasing development in different product lines. From January to May this year, FOTON LOVOL H. I. totally sold 270,000 units of products, up 11% from the corresponding period of last year, with sales revenue hitting 74.1 billion yuan, up 34.1% on a year-on-year basis.

The fast and healthy development of FOTON LOVOL H. I.’s product lines accordingly drive the improvement of the Lovol brand’s influential power. In April 2009, the sales amount of FOTON LOVOL H. I.’s Lovol Gushen and Lovol Europard hit historical high, with monthly yield and sales both exceeding 10,000 units. At present, the quantity of FOTON LOVOL H. I.’s products amount to over 3 million units, and the quantity of Lovol Gushen Harvester exceeds 300,000 units, sharing nearly 50% of China’s total harvesters. Lovol Gushen brand is touted as the No. 1 brand in China’s agricultural harvesting machinery sector.

In addition, sales amount of Lovol engineering machinery like Lovol excavator, rotary drilling rig, and wheel loader achieved growth on the premise that the entire industry declined due to global financial crisis, which mirrors the favorable development potential of Lovol engineering machinery.
